What We Did
In this case study, we will explore how Essence Transmedia conceptualized and executed the 8th edition of the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY) event in Kochi. The event aimed to bring together stakeholders for serious discussions while incorporating local entertainment and virtual streaming to enhance attendee engagement.
Phase 1:
Understanding PMFBY’s Objectives: Essence Transmedia conducted detailed discussions with PMFBY authorities to understand the event’s objectives, target audience, and key messages. This collaboration was crucial to align the event concept with the government’s vision and goals for the agricultural sector.
Conceptualization and Theme Development: The Essence Transmedia team brainstormed ideas to develop a concept that would balance the serious nature of the discussions with elements of local entertainment and virtual engagement. They decided on a theme that emphasized agricultural development, farmer welfare, and the cultural richness of Kochi.
Agenda and Program Development:
Working closely with PMFBY authorities, Essence Transmedia developed a comprehensive agenda that included panel discussions, keynote speeches, interactive sessions, and virtual streaming. The agenda was carefully structured to cover important topics related to the PMFBY and provide opportunities for attendees to engage with experts and policymakers.
Phase 2:
To showcase the cultural richness of Kochi and engage attendees, Essence Transmedia incorporated local entertainment elements into the event.
