• Taking care of Air Tickets for Group fare.
• Handled group in MICE.
• Taking Quotations from DMC (Destination Management company)
• Make proposals for clients based on their requirements.
• Building relationships with most of the renowned hotels by making reservations directly for FIT & MICE Travel.
• Planning out the best possible itineraries for leisure travellers.
• Liaising with the suppliers (Ground Handlers) for various hotels, tour package rates along with their confirmations
• Researching & Planning out the best possible itineraries along with suggestions for passengers travel (FIT Tours – Domestic & International)
• Preparing quotations for the suggested itineraries.
• Liaising & getting services confirmed through the local vendors (suppliers/ground handlers)
• Reservation through online portals of wholesalers viz. GTA, DOTW, KOBRA, 1 GLOBE, TRAVCO, etc
• Booking directly with hotel chains.
