Roche, a global leader in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, aimed to unveil its latest range of medical products in a way that reflected innovation, precision, and futuristic thinking. The objective was to go beyond a traditional launch and deliver an immersive product revelation experience for its key stakeholders, medical professionals, and internal teams. The venue—JW Marriott Jaipur—was chosen for its elegance and adaptability, providing the perfect backdrop for a high-tech, high-impact launch that would reflect Roche’s commitment to cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
Execution
Essence Transmedia brought this vision to life with a highly synchronized and theatrical launch sequence that blended storytelling and state-of-the-art technology. A uniquely curved LED stage setup served as the focal point, where the left-hand curved LED wall dramatically turned to unveil the first product, followed by the right-hand curved LED revealing the second. The centre LED wall then split apart to launch the final product, creating a climactic reveal moment. Adding to the immersive experience, a futuristic “hand scan” gimmick was introduced—allowing the presenter to initiate each product reveal through gesture-based interaction, elevating the drama and personal engagement of the sequence. Every aspect—from content to cueing, lighting, and audio—was choreographed with precision to ensure a seamless, impactful experience that perfectly aligned with Roche’s brand identity and innovation ethos.
