CMC Bike Rally for Girls’ Education

Event Brief

Classic Marble Company (CMC), in partnership with Essence Transmedia, launched a first-of-its-kind motorcycle rally aimed at supporting girls’ education in Maharashtra. Organized in February 2022, the rally covered the route from CMC’s Mumbai office (Bhandup) to the 9th Avenue Gallery in Silvassa. CMC pledged donations to educate 160 underprivileged girls, underlining their commitment to social responsibility and community upliftment.

Execution

Essence Transmedia led the end-to-end orchestration of the rally—managing logistics, branding, coordination, and experience design. Key elements included:

  • Route Planning & Coordination:
    A scenic pathway was mapped from Mumbai to Silvassa, ensuring smooth transitions, safety protocols, and rally support along the route.
  • Participant Engagement & Branding:
    Over 100 participants, including architects and motorbike enthusiasts, joined the rally. Custom-branded bikes and rally flags reinforced CMC’s commitment to the cause while maintaining visual uniformity.
  • Cause Integration:
    At every checkpoint, the fundraising purpose was reiterated through storytelling, signage, and communications. Upon conclusion, the beneficiary NGO—Balwatika Society from Dadra and Nagar Haveli—received funding for a state-of-the-art computer lab designed to empower the 160 girls.
  • Event Experience:
    The journey concluded at CMC’s 9th Avenue Gallery, where riders were offered a guided tour and showcased limited-edition stones. The setting offered a reflective space, reinforcing the blending of social impact and architectural appreciation.
