The Golden Eagles Golf Championship, launched in 2015 by Mr. Chinta Sasidhar of the Vishwa Samudra Group, has grown into one of India’s premier corporate golf events. The 2024 edition carried the theme “Golf, Glamour, Glory”, held at the prestigious Classic Golf & Country Club in Gurgaon, followed by an upscale gala in Mumbai. Designed to blend athletic competition with luxury experience, it attracts elite participants, celebrities, and business leaders.

Essence Transmedia orchestrated the end-to-end event across two major venues:

  • Tournament in Gurgaon (Nov 17, 2024):
    Hosted at the Classic Golf & Country Club, the event featured pro and amateur players competing for high-value prizes such as a BMW XM for hole-in-one and a Rolex Oyster Perpetual for the champion. The day combined spirited competition with lush on-site branding and elegant hospitality.
  • Celebrity Gala in Mumbai (Nov 24, 2024):
    The evening ceremony celebrated winners and camaraderie with a red-carpet experience that included performances by rap sensation Badshah, and appearances by Bollywood personalities like Riteish Deshmukh, alongside sports icons Kapil Dev and others.
  • Coordination & Logistics:
    Essence Transmedia handled venue transformation, stage & lighting, AV setup, artist coordination, guest hospitality, and security. They synchronized with civic authorities, sponsors, and talent managers to ensure smooth execution across both locations.
